Description: The brand at Mosaic Financial Partners lacked a clear focus and suffered from trying to be all things to all people. Given the crowded competitive environment for personal financial services, it was important to establish points of differentiation so that the firm could focus resources on the best possible marketing targets. This was a multi-stage research project that included analyzing past client survey data, client intake forms, surveying large sample of public audience and coordinating with an external market research consultancy to undertake a series of in-depth interviews with top clients.
